It’s a year since heading down to Angel Studios, London to record Fragment with my big band and orchestra…
I am very proud of the result of these two days in the studio and huge thanks is due to everyone involved; from the players and engineers on the day, to mixing and mastering, producing, artwork and releasing on Stoney Lane Records. It has been a long journey but I am very glad to share the results!
Some more reviews have come in for Fragment over the Christmas period too:
Rob Adams writing for the Scottish Herald – “Impressive stuff.”
Top pick from a Bandcamp blog – “the ensemble boisterously lifts their voices to the sky and shouts with all they’ve got”
I am now very much looking forward to getting back to writing some new material for other projects. I will of course be keeping an eye out for more opportunity to bring Fragment and the full studio orchestra out whenever I can! Please check it out and share it… http://emporium.stoneylane.net/album/fragment
